Returns & Refunds

Each Alma De Mi Corazon piece is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer-provided information.

Design Approval: You will receive a digital proof for approval before embroidery begins. Please carefully review all names, spelling, images, colors, placement, and other customization details. Once you approve your proof and production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Customer-Provided Photos & Information: Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photographs, names, dates, schools, teams, and other customization information are correct and that they have permission to use any submitted images or content.

Problems With Your Order: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in producing your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. If the error is ours, we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before design work or production has begun. Once a digital proof has been created or the order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be available.
